Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases and commissions from Elizabeth Anne Art ("I", "me"). By placing an order or booking a commission you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

2. Handmade pieces

Every piece is individually handmade and hand-painted. Small variations in size, shape, colour and finish are a natural part of the process and are not faults. Dimensions given are approximate.

3. Commissions

Bespoke commissions are agreed by email before any work begins, including the design, price and estimated completion timeframe. A deposit of £100 secures your place in the studio schedule. Sketches can be reworked until the design is approved; once making begins, further design changes may not be possible.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins. The remaining balance is payable when your piece is completed, before shipping. Ready-made pieces are paid for in full at the time of order.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a commission before the design is approved for a full refund of your deposit. Once making has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers design time and materials. Bespoke items are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law.

6. Installation & use

Basins are made to fit a standard UK waste fitting. Installation is the customer’s responsibility and should be carried out by a competent installer. Please follow the care guide; damage caused by abrasive cleaners or misuse is not covered.

7. Intellectual property

All designs and artwork remain the property of Elizabeth Anne Art, including artwork created for bespoke commissions. Photographs of commissioned pieces may be used in my portfolio and on social media unless you ask me not to.

8. Liability

My liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the piece. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
