Horse and Hounds Basin

This beautiful bespoke basin began life as a one-off piece created for my website, inspired by the timeless charm of an old-fashioned drag hunt. The design features horses and hounds, with additional hounds playfully circling the outside, creating a wonderfully detailed scene that comes to life as you look around the piece. Originally created as a celebration of the countryside and traditional equestrian life, it has now found its forever home in a little girl’s en-suite — a rather special place for such a unique basin, bringing a touch of countryside character, imagination and charm to her bathroom.

A charmingly playful basin designed especially with little ones in mind — small basin for small hands. Slightly smaller than my usual basins, this design features colourful, whimsical carousel horses, stars and bright little details to bring a sense of fun and imagination to a child’s bathroom. Hand-painted with the same care and attention as each of my larger pieces, it’s a practical feature made extra special, creating a joyful little space that children can truly call their own.
