Ready-made pieces

If you change your mind about a ready-made piece, let me know within 14 days of delivery and return it within 14 days of telling me, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and I recommend a tracked, insured service. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the piece arriving back safely.

Bespoke commissions

Because commissioned pieces are made to your personal specification, they are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right and cannot be returned if you change your mind. I’ll share sketches for approval before making begins so there are no surprises.

Faulty or damaged pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, contact me with photographs and I’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This doesn’t cover normal wear, or damage from abrasive cleaners or misuse (see the care guide).
