Delivery

Packaging

Every piece is packed by hand in a strong, protective box with generous cushioning. Bespoke pieces are insured for transit where appropriate.

UK delivery

Pieces are sent by tracked courier. Delivery costs are confirmed with your order and depend on the size and weight of the piece. Once your piece has shipped I’ll send you the tracking details.

International delivery

I ship worldwide. International postage is quoted individually; any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Collection

If you are near Staffordshire you are welcome to collect your piece — I’m also happy to meet part way, within reason.

Damage in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and the packaging so I can help resolve it.
