What I collect

When you contact me, place an order or book a commission I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and the information and photographs you share for your design.

How I use it

• To respond to enquiries and manage your commission or order
• To take payment and arrange delivery
• To send studio news, only if you have signed up for it (you can unsubscribe at any time)

What I don’t do

I never sell your details or share them with third parties, except where needed to fulfil your order (for example a courier, or a payment provider) or where required by law.

How long I keep it

Order and commission records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiry details that don’t lead to an order are deleted after a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, email info@elizabethanneart.com.
